People testing Darkmoon Faire in Warlords of Draenor beta realms are itching to get the new toy item Blazing Wings from the Faire in the upcoming WOW expansion. Here is an easier workaround with the current fire ring bug.
What is Blazing Wing?
Blazing Wings as a new toy will be added with the Darkmoon Faire in World of Warcraft Warlords, which will show off your mastery of the Firebird’s Challenge.
The NPC Ziggie Sparks gives you a flying buff needed for the flying daily. If you go through 50 rings you'll unlock an achievement and get the wings. The flying buff is limited in time, going though a ring adds time to this timer.
Bug to make rings available to all players
Currently, there is a bug in the beta that makes the rings available to all players meaning that the rings are shared and not personal. Thus, if more than 2 people are trying to collect the rings at once, it is impossible to complete the achievement. Even though the fire ring bug is being investigated and fixed, a smart player has found an easier workaround with the bug.
How to steer clear of the fire ring bug for Blazing Wings
1. Find a low population PVE server like Garrosh – US. Make sure it must be PVE, or it doesn’t work.
2. Make a level 1 Human or Tauren and make your way to the Darkmoon Faire.
3. Make silver to buy the Darkmoon Tokens before going to the faire. Certainly you can quest for it or ask some from people.
4. Flag yourself for PvP, because usually people that are flagged do not share rings with people who are unflagged.
5. Find Ziggie Sparks and start your attempts at the achieve. This will take multiple attempts and learning the best route to take.
6. Get Brood of Alysrazor and Blazing Wings. The item itself says that it requires level 85 to use, but you can still add it to your Toy Box on the level one character and use it on your other characters!
Although we don’t know when fire rings work as normal, you can follow the workaround to get Blazing Wings in WOW Draenor without interruptions. Besides, you can also get free fast wow gold at Safewow Flash Sale on November 14.
