Introduction
For a long time, Blizzard has devoted themselves to search for the problem areas and try to make an improvement. Free faction changes for selected realms
Blizzard open faction changes from Horde characters to Alliance for free to shorten the long queue times. Note that this policy is available for selected realms in a limited time.
These changes will happen to limited realms which have a great potential to make the changes work. Guild leaders who want to change factions for free need to pay for the initial transaction, but if they change the eligible ones in the limited time, they will receive the refund later.
The first test of Faction Change will be available only for players on Barthilas, and eligible characters have about one week beginning on Tuesday, May 27 to complete their transactions. Further Faction Change eligibility and limitations will be posted later at safewow.

1. Eligible Guild Master Faction Change refunds will be automatically handled within 72 hours;
2. The period of Faction Change will be shortened or extended according to the development of evolution in WOW.
